New York City Cake Decorators is fortunate to have such a talented bunch of members who are passionate about cake decorating and sugarcraft. When Ruth, one of our newest members, showcased her breathtaking sweet creations, I just had to share!
Ruth started decorating cookies and cakes seriously only a year ago! She has taken a couple of cake decorating courses, but Ruth is primarily self-taught.
Ruth created this exquisitely decorated flower pot cake for a fundraiser this year. Her dream is to become a cake decorator full-time.
